Linen moves air instead of trapping it, so it stays cool against the skin in a way most fibers can't match — and washing the cloth before it's cut takes the stiffness out from the start, so there's no breaking-in period. Getting the size right
A shirt dress lives or dies on the shoulder and the button line, so start from your usual shirt size rather than your dress size. Between two? The larger one gives you the relaxed version you can belt later; the smaller reads closer to the body. Each product page carries its own measurements.
Caring for linen — and easy returns
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then line dry or tumble on low. A warm iron on the reverse takes the creases out if you'd rather they weren't there. Follow the care label on each piece.
