What to Expect From Us

Ordering & Logistics

Place orders through JOOR or by direct PO (CSV/Excel welcome). In‑stock orders typically depart our Ohio warehouse within one to two business days, with tracking on dispatch. Preorders include target ship windows at confirmation, and we can consolidate or split shipments by request so receipts align with your floor sets.

Pricing & Stability

We maintain stable in‑season wholesale pricing and provide clear SRP guidance to protect margins. Any adjustments are communicated in advance, and deposit/terms remain straightforward. You’ll know landed costs and timing early, making it easy to plan buys, set retails, and reorder confidently when key colors and sizes start to move.

Pre-Order & Back Order Policy

We welcome seasonal preorders and share estimated ship windows at order confirmation, then update you as goods approach the warehouse. If timing shifts, we outline options—hold, substitute, or partial ship—based on your floor set. Backorders are managed transparently so you can keep essential sizes on the floor.

Expect seasonal reads on best sellers, color‑flow and size‑curve guidance, and a ready‑to‑use asset kit for web, social, and in‑store. We communicate proactively on deliveries and offer practical help with substitutions or size top‑ups when timelines change.

How to Get Started

Getting set up is simple. Submit the short inquiry form on this page with your store details and preferred delivery timing. Our team reviews fit by location, assortment, and volume, then follows up with next steps. If approved, we’ll share line sheets, confirm terms, and give you the choice to place orders through JOOR or by direct purchase order. Already on JOOR? Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimums. Opening buys follow a simple structure: at least two units per style per color across sizes XS–XL. Trunk show orders must meet a minimum total of $3,000.

Pricing & Payment. All sales are subject to merchandise availability and credit approval by Windus LLC / Pura Cashmere or its factor. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; within a season we maintain stable pricing and communicate any adjustments in advance. Payments are accepted by credit card or wire transfer. New customers place a 30% deposit with the first order; all orders are due in full prior to shipment unless other terms are agreed. Late payments may incur a 5% fee. Special orders require payment in full at the time of order.

Placing & Managing Orders. You may order through your Pura wholesale representative or directly on JOOR. Changes can be requested within seven days of placing the order, unless otherwise discussed. Cancellations must be sent by email to wholesale@puracashmere.com at least 60 days before the start of the delivery window to avoid penalty; cancellations inside 60 days are subject to a fee equal to 30% of the order value.

Shipping & Delivery. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300. Shipping fees are added to the order prior to charge, and all goods ship at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified on the order or authorized by a Windus LLC / Pura Cashmere representative. Carrier options and transit times vary by destination and order size; detailed shipping information is provided at the time of order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges. Returns require written authorization. Please inspect shipments upon arrival; damages or defects must be reported within five days to your representative or to wholesale@puracashmere.com so we can resolve quickly.

Branding & Resale. Products may not be rebranded or resold under another name without prior approval. Selling on third‑party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is prohibited without written consent.

Exclusivity. We consider exclusivity by region based on order volume and sell‑through; please inquire if you’re interested in territorial protection for your market.

Custom & Private Label. Custom orders require payment in full at the time of order and may carry longer lead times. Private labeling services are available on request.
