We make things meant to last. We hire the same way.
A small house working in cashmere, cotton, and linen, three years running on the Inc. 5000. You would define the job here rather than inherit it — and stay long enough to see it work.
The part you would actually join
Small, senior, and unusually good.
There is no layer of people here whose job is to approve things. Everyone on this team is very good at what they do, and they were hired on the assumption that they would decide most of it themselves. That is not a perk we are describing — it is the operating condition, and it only works if it is true of everyone.
It moves fast. Priorities shift inside a week and the season does not wait. Some people find that energising and some find it exhausting. Both reactions are reasonable; only one of them belongs here.
You own it end to end
The person who notices a problem is usually the person who fixes it. Nobody here waits to be told, and nobody here is asked twice.
You set the pace
We would rather hire someone who arrives with a standard than someone who adopts ours. If you have wanted to build a function instead of maintaining one, that is what most of these roles are.
You are good to work with
A small team has nowhere to put someone difficult. Competence is the entry requirement, not the whole of it.
Why the opportunity is real
Pura Cashmere was founded in 2019 in Perrysburg, Ohio, and has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies three years running — 2024, 2025 and 2026 — debuting at No. 506 on 1,167% three-year revenue growth. The Lead named us to its Foremost 50 Digital Brands in 2025. We are woman-founded and woman-run.
We sell direct and we sell wholesale, to a focused network of retailers. Growth like that is not a line on a chart when you work here — it is the reason most of these roles exist, and the reason they are wider than the same title would be somewhere larger.
The product carries the same argument. We publish what our fiber is, where it comes from, and who audits it — micron by micron, mill by mill — because a claim nobody checks is not evidence. If you want to know what you would be selling and how seriously we take it, read Our Standards and Our Story. They are the most honest documents we have.
What Really Matters.
Quality is not an upgrade. It is the baseline.
That applies to what we make, and to who we hire.

We are always looking
We hire when there is work nobody currently has time to do well, which at our size is most of the time. If you are good at something we need, write to us — we would rather have your name before we need it than start from nothing.
