This is clothing. A cashmere sweater cut like everything else you own, that happens to carry your colors. It reads from the tenth row. It holds its own at the table afterwards. And on a Saturday with no game at all, it is simply a very good sweater in colors you like.

Built to last past November
It cannot crack, peel, or wash out — the second color arrives as yarn and is knitted into the garment. A turnback cuff and a line of piping on the crew; the cuff edge and the drawstring on the hoodie. Construction, not decoration.
Fine-gauge cashmere, cut close enough to go under a blazer — which means it goes where fan gear cannot. The stands at one, a good table at seven, and nothing about you has to change in between.
The test of a costume is that it needs the occasion. Take the game away and this is still the sweater you would have bought — which is exactly why you can wear it to one.
