Shipping & Delivery

All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. For orders placed over the weekend or holidays, this period will start the next business day.
Fulfillment times may take slightly longer during the holiday season.
Same-day fulfillment is possible if the order is placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York, EST).

Shipping Time
Orders shipped within the continental United States using standard free shipping arrive within 2 to 6 business days after processing.
We offer the option of Expedite 2 Days Shipping for orders over US $425.00. 
Express shipping is available at checkout at our discounted rates.
International Shipments are dependant on location and services available.

Sometimes the delivery drivers will mark the package as delivered before actually releasing the package. For these scenarios, we ask that you wait 24-48 hours to see if the package ends up getting delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors or check around the outside of your house or apartment building. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact our support team so we can work with you trying to find the package at support@puracashmere.com.

Yes — for many countries, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), which means all duties and taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

You’ll see any applicable duties and taxes itemized during checkout.

Other international destinations may vary based on local regulations. If DDP is available for your location, it will be automatically reflected in your checkout total.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will deduct a restocking fee as well as a brokerage fee to cover the international handling costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — but if it’s not quite right, we’ve made the return process simple.

For U.S. orders:

For international orders:

Please email support@puracashmere.com with your order number and request. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll provide instructions for how and where to send your items.

Start A Return

To start a return through our Return Center, you’ll need:

  • Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip)

Yes — if you received a gift from Pura Cashmere, you can return it for store credit or exchange it for something else.

When submitting your return through our Return Center, select the option that indicates you're returning a gift. From there, you'll be able to:

  • Exchange the item for a different size or color
  • Choose a new item and pay the difference, if applicable
  • Receive a gift card for the full value to use at your convenience

Once your return is submitted and the original item is on its way back to us, we’ll begin processing your exchange.

As soon as the return is scanned in by the carrier, your replacement item will be released for shipment — so you don’t have to wait for it to arrive at our facility first.

During peak times or holidays, there may be slight delays, but we aim to get your new item out to you as quickly as possible.

We offer one free return label per order for domestic customers.

If you need to make a second return or exchange on the same order, you’re still welcome to do so — however, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the additional return shipping label.

This policy was put in place to help prevent return abuse and ensure we can continue offering flexible returns for all of our customers.

We only charge a restocking fee when an item is returned for a refund to the original payment method. The fee is $14.50 and helps cover the cost of inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and payment processing.

Returns made for store credit or exchange are not subject to this fee — and we offer a small bonus credit when you choose store credit, as a thank you for selecting a more sustainable return option.

On the rare occasion that your item is damaged, please let us know immediately. Our return policy requires notification within 48 hours of receipt of all damaged goods in order to facilitate an exchange/return. Please send an email and relevant photos of the damage if possible tosupport@puracashmere.comand someone will be in contact with you to expedite an resolution.
