Shipping & Delivery

All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. For orders placed over the weekend or holidays, this period will start the next business day.
Fulfillment times may take slightly longer during the holiday season.
Same-day fulfillment is possible if the order is placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York, EST).

Shipping Time
Orders shipped within the continental United States using standard free shipping arrive within 2 to 6 business days after processing.
We offer the option of Expedite 2 Days Shipping for orders over US $425.00. 
Express shipping is available at checkout at our discounted rates.
International Shipments are dependant on location and services available.

Sometimes the delivery drivers will mark the package as delivered before actually releasing the package. For these scenarios, we ask that you wait 24-48 hours to see if the package ends up getting delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors or check around the outside of your house or apartment building. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact our support team so we can work with you trying to find the package at support@puracashmere.com.

International orders are shipped DDU "Delivered Duties Unpaid," and International Customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Pura Cashmere has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current fees.

IMPORTANT: If the shipment is returned to us due to taxes and duties not being paid or refusal to pay Pura Cashmere will charge a $35 dollar restocking fee once the items arrive back at our warehouse plus the cost to ship the package back to our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you enjoy the items that you have ordered from Pura Cashmere but, in the event that you don't, we have tried to make the return process as painless and easy as possible. 

Whether you got the wrong size or you don't like a particular color rest assured you can return or exchange it without any problems.

Yes! You can return a gift for either a store credit in the form of a gift card or exchange the item for another. Please select gift on the return page when exchanging or returning a gift item.

When an exchange is completed in our return system. The replacement item ships as soon as the original item is tracked on it's way back to us. We do this to shorten the wait time our customers have to go through to get the exchange item. 

We offer free return labels on all domestic returns. However, we limit the free return label to one exchange/return per order. If you wish to exchange an item or return it a second time you will be required to pay for the return label.

All exchanges and store credit returns are free. A restocking fee is only charged on items returned requesting a refund. 

On the rare occasion that your item is damaged, please let us know immediately. Our return policy requires notification within 48 hours of receipt of all damaged goods in order to facilitate a replacement.. Damaged items will be replaced at not cost.

Please send an email and relevant photos of the damage if possible to support@puracashmere.com and someone will be in contact with you to expedite an resolution.
