PuraCashmere accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, make-up free, or incorrect items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned with PuraCashmere tags attached.
Return labels will be provided free of charge for customers within the continental U.S.
Exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, and returns requesting store credit are NOT subject to a restocking fee.
All refunds other than store credit are subject to a restocking fee of $14.50 USD.

Weird
i was so excited for this shrug…color is gorgeous, fabric is beautiful…. But the fit is weird. I coudn’t get it to lay correctly around the neck. It’s a long shrug. Ah well, perhaps my body type wasn’t right for it
