The fact that this is my second Essential Cashmere Hoodie in six weeks speaks for how much I enjoy this sweater. My first was grey and this heather olive green is a wonderful color. Words can't describe how light and soft and warm (without smothering you) the material is. The hood with drawstring is perfect. Love the pockets. The ribbing on the cuffs and bottom are longer than some other makers and I find that adds to the fit and look. It runs a tad large. I ordered the XS and it is a perfect fit. (I'm 5' 6" and 124 evenly distributed pounds.) Every time I put it on (daily in this weather) I feel like it's giving me a comforting hug. My only recommendation - move the label from the neck to a side seam where it won't scratch.

The fit and feel are perfect. Extremely soft and cuddly. Love the cinch on hood and pockets. Love the long ribbed cuffs and hem. Both add to the look and fit. I would normally have ordered a small or perhaps even a medium but based on other reviews I ordered an extra small and am glad I did. The XS is perfect. (For reference I am 5'6" and an evenly distributed 125 pounds.) My only suggestion is to move the neck label to somewhere on the body side. I don't like the feel of the scratchy tag and had to remove it.
